Last Friday was a huge celebration day for the ‘Dream It Real’ project that has been organised by the wonderful people at Coach – UK Youth – SoapBox
We were all very happy and excited to welcome rapper Breerunway and chicken shop’s very own Amelia Dimoldenberg who were interviewed by our students 1eko & Bobby Denton!
5 students got the chance to perform live for our guests and you can find these performances on our instagram page @soundskool
Lots of our students have taken part in this project and it has been revolutionary for their music careers, the project has involved self reflection, confidence building, working as a team and culminating with a chance of winning a £1,000 bursary for their music careers. Some of our students that took part last year have been successful and won these bursaries and brought themselves lots of musical equipment!
