As part of our masterclass series, this week we welcomed the super talented producer Piers Agget from the drum & bass band Rudimental. Piers has been a prolific producer and has won a Brit & MOBO with the band. Growing up in East London and gaining his rise to fame in 2012 when their track ‘Feel the Love’ featuring artist John Newman topped the UK charts.
Interviewed by one of our mentors Names Bliss, Piers shared his journey with students, coming from Hackney to touring the world. Students were enthused by his down to earth nature and his honesty about his work and he shared that he nearly gave up after 10 years of working in the industry.
